After this initial 24-hour period, refunds will not be provided for bare metal servers. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the request is made after 24 hours, if there is evidence of abuse, or if the user does not know how to configure or use the server as these factors are beyond our control.

2.2 Shared Hosting

Refunds for shared hosting services are eligible if requested within the first 30 days of the initial purchase date. After this 30-day period, refunds will not be provided for shared hosting services. As with bare metal servers, refunds will not be issued for shared hosting services in cases of abuse, or if third-party applications are not supported by our hosting environment.

2.3 Domain Services

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable. Once a domain registration or renewal is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3.Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

Setup and configuration fees.
Administrative and registration fees for domain services.
Fees for any additional services, including but not limited to SSL certificates, control panel licenses, and dedicated IP addresses.
